F/O A.J. Spencer - Pilot
Stirling Mk IV, K208, MA-X, took off from Tempsford at 1345 hrs on Belgian operation Osric 900. The aircraft swung on take off due to pilot error with the undercarriage collapsing. The aircraft was written off but crew escaped injury.
